Walk-In Shower

Walk-In Showers: Seamless, Stylish, and Built for Real Life

At Baths By Schnorr, we believe a great bathroom starts with a shower that works for you. Our walk-in showers combine sleek, modern design with practicality and comfort—making them an ideal upgrade for homeowners who want beauty, accessibility, and lasting performance.

Serving the Hudson Valley, we specialize in bathroom remodeling solutions that make everyday routines feel more luxurious. Whether you’re updating an older tub or designing a spa-like retreat, a walk-in shower adds both elegance and function to your space.

What Sets Walk-In Showers Apart?

Walk-in showers are open, low-threshold units that eliminate the need to climb over the side of a tub. This makes them especially popular for aging-in-place designs, but they’re also perfect for anyone who wants a minimalist, easy-to-clean layout.

At Baths By Schnorr, we install high-quality walk-in showers that:

• Fit your existing space without requiring layout changes

• Are easy to enter and exit, with no bulky enclosures or step-over edges

• Can be completed quickly—most installs are done in just one day

If your current bathroom feels dated, cramped, or unsafe, a walk-in shower may be the solution you’ve been looking for.

Design Options That Fit Your Style

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. Your shower should reflect your personal style and how you actually use your space. That’s why we offer a wide variety of design options and features to customize your walk-in shower:

Wall and Base Finishes

Our showers are built with durable, low-maintenance acrylic panels available in a range of textures—from classic subway tile looks to stone-inspired patterns. The bases are slip-resistant, waterproof, and designed to last without cracking or fading over time.

You can also choose from different color palettes to match your bathroom’s style—whether you prefer something sleek and modern or soft and natural.

Glass & Fixtures

Framed or frameless? Clear or frosted? Matte black or polished chrome? Every detail matters. We’ll help you choose a glass enclosure and fixtures that bring the whole design together. Need more privacy? We’ve got you covered with semi-obscured or textured options.

Built-in Functionality

We can incorporate built-in seats, shelving, grab bars, or handheld sprayers for added comfort and convenience. If accessibility is a concern, our team can also create curbless or low-threshold entries to reduce any risk of tripping.
